CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Michael is the CEO responsible for all aspects of development projects. He is a senior executive with extensive business and real estate development experience. Michael is a resourceful and strategic professional with a practical understanding of the dynamics and needs of real estate development as it relates to the growth trends in the current economic climate. He has a proven entrepreneurial track record of revitalizing historic, depressed and distressed properties, while extracting their maximum value.
Michael has managed the acquisition, redevelopment, management, and sales of over 20 Million square feet of real estate. He has an in depth knowledge of development theories and practices, from site acquisition requirements, development planning, zoning hearings, permitting processes, to complex lease, sale and purchase transactions. Michael has considerable experience repositioning hotel, office, retail, multi-family and commercial real estate to maximize federal, state, and local tax credits and incentives thereby increasing a project’s profits.
Michael has a strong knowledge structuring investment and financing of real estate development projects in combination with tax credits, grants, and TIFs.
Michael Sabracos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from Towson University.
Michael is fluent in English and Greek.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andrew is the Chief Financial Officer for all development projects. He is a seasoned finance executive with 17+ years in corporate finance within the Construction and Real Estate industry. Over his career, Andrew has served in both mature stabilized companies and start-up environments which has given him a diverse background to effectively
manage growth and foster process development.
Andrew specializes in finance strategy development and implementation including; internal controls, cash flow/operational forecasting, financial performance analysis, and process efficiency development. He also has a strong background in risk management,
information system management, and human resources.
Andrew received an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
